Mharosawad does not intend to store customers' complete card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems. Payment information may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Mharosawad may take appropriate action in accordance with its shipping and return policies.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted and communicated to the customer.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, and damaged/incorrect product claims are governed by Mharosawad's Return & Replacement Policy.
